Card Tracking
Learn how to get the shipping status of a card.
A physical card starts off with its shipping status as ORDERED by default.
As it progressed through the fulfillment, subsequent possible values include SHIPPED, DELIVERED, RETURNED or CANCELLED.
Card tracking status
  • A card can be cancel at any time to make it inactive and unusable, but we still ship and bill for canceled cards.
  • To re-issue a new card, the previous one has to be cancelled.
You can use the card_id to identify the card. If the card courier does not support card tracking, you will receive an ERROR 7009: ‘Tracking status not available’.

ORDERED

The card is ordered.
A physical card starts off with its shipping status as ORDERED by default and will remain in this status until we have confirmation from the courier that it has been picked up from the embosser provider.
SHIPPED
701
The card is shipped.
The courier is shipping the card to the user. Includes the end to end of the process.
DELIVERED
702
The card is delivered. The card has been successfully delivered to the user.
RETURNED
703
The card could not be delivered and has been returned. The card can be return to the merchant's HQ or dLocal warehouse.
CANCELLED
704
The card shipment is cancelled. The card has been lost, stolen or damaged during the shipment.

Tracking Webhook

A request will be sent to your server to inform you updates on your card shipment status.
