This service brings the payout information based on the payout ID or the external ID.

This service will bring the payout details for a specific payout ID.

This parameter is mandatory ONLY if external_id is NOT provided. Payout Id defined by dlocal on create payout response.

This parameter is mandatory ONLY if payout_id is NOT provided. External ID defined by merchant on payout creation.
